Empowering businesses and people to succeed in the digital work environment – for us that means giving people a knowledge advantage and enable them to best achieve their goals in the digital world and to become „digitally fit“.
We are on a mission to make digital collaboration easier, less stressful, and more efficient. Tools, processes, and infrastructure are important – but people and their requirements are central. Good digital leadership and teamwork are essential for this. We always answer the question of which skills a manager and each individual in the team will need in the future.
We have developed an all-round view and a holistic portfolio: from agile and digital leadership, digital collaboration, the use of tools, leading and working in virtual or hybrid teams to answering the question of which processes were previously „analog“ and how do we now shape this in digital collaboration – everything that makes people to virtual team heroes.
We always take a radically practical approach and only share methods that have been proven and can be implemented easily. We don’t talk, we do – yes we know the complex theoretical models too (*wink*), but we focus on practice and implementation – because we know what to do and how to do it. Our clients are always amazed at what they can already implement themselves after one workshop day.
We are a network of selected consultants and experts who combine all the necessary competencies and skills.

With the digital transformation of the business world managers feel more pressure than ever before: due to the corona crisis, the rise of mobile work, traditional leadership behavior, and conventional soft skills are being put to the test. Today’s managers increasingly need new skills and competencies.
What executives need in the new world of work is more digital „fitness.“ The authors offer a comprehensive development concept for acquiring these skills and thus better mastering the new challenges. And they provide tips, checklists, and reflection questions that managers can use to bring themselves and their employees into the digital age in the best possible way.

It is very important to me to be grateful for everything and to give back. That’s why I’m involved in certain charity associations or donate part of my turnover.
Abaana Afrika e.V. is a German children’s aid organisation that supports poor children in Uganda, primarily by arranging school sponsorships. I support school children in the Happy Kids programme by financing school meals (often the only warm meal available). Furthermore, I finance professional training for young people and young adults through the Happy Trainees programme. In addition, as a supporter of the association, I help the association to cover administration costs.
