The fact is: virtual collaboration will not remain an exceptional situation, but will establish itself in various forms. In the last months, we have learned a lot about productivity and performance in distributed and virtual teams. Many companies have coped surprisingly well with distance collaboration and give feedback that productivity has been very high.
Now it’s time to create sustainability in team processes that go beyond the basics of virtual collaboration and leadership – it’s not enough to make meetings online very good or to use tools.
In this online workshop, we will address critical issues that are common to distance collaboration and that have been neglected in many of the teams I have spoken to over the past few months – but that will be essential to address in the future.
I share my experience and best practice from companies. For this purpose, I have created so-called „Digital Collaboration Hacks“ – tips and tricks that you can implement easily in your own virtual team to build your digital collaboration skills much more effective and efficient – make your virtual team sustainably successful.
The „Hacks“ cover the following topics and categories:
proper use of tools according to business needs and processes, team building, motivation and feedback, team bonding, communication, commitment and engagement in online meetings, knowledge transfer and documentation, creativity and problem solving
