Mindset and Digital Excellence for Leadership in the Digital World of Work

For leadership and collaboration in the digital work environment leaders need an update of their skills, which we describe as digital fitness. Digital know-how is often reduced only to the application of digital tools. It is much more than knowing how to use technology.

What does digital fitness mean?

„Digital Fitness“ is a special combination of attitudes, behaviours, skills, knowledge, methods, and abilities to successfully shape the changes and requirements of the digital world. With digital fitness, managers and employees are able to analyse unplanned and unpredictable events in an increasingly dynamic digital environment, find new decision alternatives and solutions, and implement new methods in practice. They have the knowledge to apply tools to communicate, collaborate and solve problems.  They know the specific and effective design criteria for successful digital collaboration and can adapt these for their own context and team.

You will learn and know:

  • to understand and to build the right mindset and one’s leadership own role
  • how to introduce and select the right tools and media for daily operations and management
  • to develop the necessary digital skills and media competencies

  • how to communicate effectively and authentically at a distance – understand the specifics of digital communication
  • to implement a „healthy“ and productive digital work organisation that meets the requirements of your own processes as well as the needs of your team.
  • how to create a strong team bond at a distance, develop a feeling of togetherness and alignment
  • to understand and avoid stress factors in digital collaboration: build resilience, deal with change and pay attention to mental health

You will learn actions, methods, and interventions that will lead to the desired progress, performance, and results in your team.

Our approach

First, we analyse and understand your business, your team, and your challenges. We then work out step-by-step solutions in the various topic areas in individual sessions/modules. You can also book each module individually to solve a specific problem.

Afterwards, we don’t leave you alone: you will get three months of coaching.
