Nadine Soyez is Head and Founder of Virtual Team Heroes to help companies to overcome the challenges working in virtual teams. For more than 15 years, she has been dealing with the topics of leadership and collaboration in virtual teams and the introduction of collaboration tools for team work.
She could gain her experience working in virtual teams in global projects at large management consultancies. She also worked as an IT project manager with international development teams and different cultures for many years. Therefore, she knows the challenges when it comes to lead a team at a distance and to work productively in a virtual team – often with various cultural backgrounds. She also knows how to choose the right collaboration tools for the different scenarios in teamwork and use them best.
Today, Nadine helps companies to lead, run and manage their (global) virtual teams.
